India to host 2025 Men's Asia Cup T20 format & Bangladesh to host 2027 Men's Asia Cup ODI format

India and Bangladesh have been confirmed as the hosts for the next edition of the Asia Cup, according to the Invitation for Expression of Interest (IEOI) from the Asian Cricket Council for sponsorship rights.

So far 16 editions of the Asia Cup tournament have been played

India will be a host to India of 2025 Men's Asia Cup in T20 format tournament event.

India is Champions of Asia Cup editions (1984, 1988, 1990–91, 1995, 2010, 2016, 2018, 2023).

Till now two editions of the tournament have been played in the T20 format and the 2025 edition will be the third edition in the T20 format.

Bangladesh to host 2027 Men's Asia Cup in the ODI format

Bangladesh has not won any title yet, while it has been runner-up thrice (2012, 2016, 2018).

The 2027 Asia Cup ODI format will be held in Bangladesh, and the 50-over ICC World Cup 2027 is scheduled to be held in South Africa in the same year.
